Job Description:

ATSG / rediCloud is currently seeking a talented Inside Sales Account Manager with proven track record in prospecting and appointment setting for cloud and managed services engagements. 

The Inside Sales Account Manager at ATSG / rediCloud will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities.  He/she will work in a team environment, supporting the organization’s Sales Team. To do this, a combination of daily telephone-based prospecting coupled with various new and creative lead generation techniques will be required.   The successful candidate will be a “Hunter”, directly responsible for finding qualified opportunities for new business.



  • Work independently, with Account Managers and with Business Partners to develop lead generation campaigns, prospecting lists and other tools for acquiring new customers
  • Develop targeted prospecting campaigns around various technologies, promotions or other events in a defined geographic area
  • Provide sales promotional materials to potential clients
  • Work with existing Executives or other business leaders to provide more exposure to and support for existing customers.  This includes finding new sales opportunities within the existing customer base and supporting existing business initiatives
  • Work with existing outside sales team members to increase awareness of organization
  • Develop new business opportunities



  • This position requires a high activity level to develop the necessary knowledge and business relationships that will be important to the success of this position
  • Professional and polished telephone prospecting skills
  • Understanding of virtualization technologies including VMware
  • Understanding of cloud solutions and industry including Hybrid and Public (Google, AWS, or Azure)
  • Understanding of Managed Services such as Monitoring, Server Administration, and Service Desk
  • Industry experience. Knowledge of and experience with VoIP solutions, wireless solutions, and networking solutions
  • Unlimited self-motivation, confidence and aggressiveness
  • Internal drive to meet goals and objectives while working independently
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player to identify new customers and new sales opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational & multi-tasking skills
